When I started my career as a writer, I wanted to learn more about the best way to write in a technical manner. Way before that, I used to do a lot of copywriting. Although, back in 2009 it wasn't known under this term. A lot of people asked me on different online platforms about how should they start learning to write better. So, I made a list with the training courses that I took for writing and also trainings that I would recommend. There are others that I haven't started yet, but I would love to see what they teach.
Writing Courses
When I decided to take courses for technical writing, I made a little research on which are the best and available for free. This is the list of courses that I took.

5. EDX online courses
A few years ago I discovered another platform that offered different types of courses especially for students. The EDX website provided courses which were free for study, but if you wanted to get a certificate, you had to pay for it. I don't thing it's changed so much. Check the website for all writing courses.
I am sure that there are plenty of other platforms with online courses, probably you need to pay for most of them. But, if you want to simply start learning to write, I recommend taking the free courses first. When you can afford more, then you can pay for those who are really relevant for your career. Best of luck! :)
